Returns Policy, Privacy and Shipping
Please allow 1—4 working days for your order to be processed. If there are any problems we will contact you, please make sure that your email is accurate and up to date. If we do not have the correct details there may be a delay in processing your order. Remember to state when placing your order if you have a voucher or credit note. Special next day delivery can be arranged. Please email if you have any questions concerning products or shipping.
Any item returned to us must have a valid receipt. Please also include your details and the reason you are returning the product. For exchanges or credit notes please return the item within 30 days. We are more than happy to exchange an item in saleable condition for any other item or offer a credit note for use at any time.
If returning faulty/damaged goods please notify us immediately and return within 14 days of receipt.
Jewellery for piercing cannot be returned in the interest of hygiene.
Any refunds by card must use the original card used to purchase the item.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email or call and we will be happy to resolve the situation.
